Calculator inputs

Most MoneyMetrica calculators run in your browser. The Mortgage Calculator may send entered values to the MoneyMetrica calculation API solely to produce its estimate and report; those inputs are not stored. We do not intentionally transmit financial values, such as income, balances, home prices, or payment amounts, through analytics.

Site operation and analytics

Our hosting and delivery providers may process standard technical information, such as request logs, necessary to operate and secure the site. Google Analytics measurement is optional and starts only after you explicitly accept analytics. Google Analytics and Google Ads share one tag library, which loads on public production pages with consent defaults set to denied. Google Ads is configured before a choice and may send cookieless consent or measurement signals. Advertising cookies and our calculator-completion conversion events require your explicit advertising choice. We do not intentionally send calculator inputs, calculated results, or state-bearing query strings through analytics.

You may reject analytics without affecting calculators, reports, navigation, or site content. You can change your choice at any time.

Advertising measurement and partners

Advertising measurement is a separate optional choice. If accepted, Google Ads may use advertising cookies and measurement data to attribute successful calculator completions to ads. We send a fixed conversion value of USD 1, not your financial inputs or calculated results. Personalized advertising is not enabled. Rejecting advertising measurement does not prevent analytics if you separately accept analytics, and vice versa. Your choices are stored in your browser and can be changed through Privacy preferences.

Display advertising, affiliate offers, lead-generation forms, and sponsored content are not active. Any future change that materially affects data handling or advertising will be reflected here before or when it takes effect, as appropriate.

International availability waitlist

When you ask to be notified about availability in your country, we store your email address, country, the time of your request, and the page where you submitted it. We use this information only to notify you about MoneyMetrica availability for that country, not for unrelated marketing. Country detection, when available, is limited to a country-level signal provided by our delivery infrastructure; we do not request precise device location.

Mortgage professional feedback

When a mortgage professional submits product feedback, we store the submitted name, work email, role, feedback, borrower-use response, optional company, referral code when provided, source page, and submission time. We use this information only to evaluate and improve MoneyMetrica for mortgage professionals. Do not submit borrower information, financial details, addresses, Social Security numbers, or scenario inputs.

Changes to this policy

MoneyMetrica may update this policy as the product changes. The date above indicates when this version was last reviewed.
