Debt Payoff Calculators
Choose a calculator for one debt, a credit card balance, or multiple debts. Compare payoff timelines, interest, and repayment strategies.
Which debt calculator should I use?
Repayment depends on your outstanding balance, APR, monthly payment, and any additional payments. With multiple debts, repayment priority also matters. These tools model scenarios using the values you enter.
One debt
Estimate how long repayment may take, total interest, and an approximate payoff month and year. Compare your current monthly payment with an additional monthly amount.
Credit card balance
Model a card balance using a fixed monthly payment plus an optional additional amount. The estimate assumes a fixed APR and excludes new purchases, fees, and issuer-specific billing or minimum-payment rules.
Multiple debts
Compare repayment priorities across up to three debts. Snowball prioritizes smaller balances; avalanche prioritizes higher APRs. Neither strategy is universally best for every situation.
